**About the role**
As a Cadastral Surveyor you will be part of the Technical Services - Survey Team and will be responsible for providing supervision of Cadastral Surveys, in accordance with the requirements of the Board of Surveyors Queensland and relevant legislation, to registered staff within the survey team. This role provides leadership and mentoring to internal staff within the survey team who are looking to progress their survey registration.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Accurately defining property boundaries and supervising registered ICC Survey staff to complete internal cadastral surveys
- Provide specialist Cadastral Surveying advice to the organisation
- Assist to Develop, recommend, and implement internal Cadastral procedures and work practices
- Provide mentorship and supervision for members of the survey team looking to progress their registration with the Surveyors Board Queensland
**About you**
To be successful in this role you will have:
- An excellent fit with our values of communication, collaboration, integrity, efficiency and leadership
- Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or Spatial Sciences
- Registration as a surveyor with the Surveyors Board Queensland with a cadastral endorsement (Having held for a minimum of 5 years)
- Ability to perform cadastral surveys by the Surveyors Board Queensland

This is a fixed term (2 years) part time position at Level 8 with a salary package commencing at $113,230 (pro rata) plus superannuation of up to 12%.
