We are looking for a Support Service Employee for cleaning, laundry and kitchen duties to join our Aged Care Facility in Goulburn NSW. This role will play a pivotal role in delivering essential services at the highest quality ensuring our residents are able to "Live Life to the Full". This position is offered on a permanent part time basis to cover morning rosters fortnightly. Click here to view Tenison Residential Aged Care home in Goulburn: **As a Support Service Employee, duties include, but are not limited to -** - Wet dust all picture frames and wall ornaments - Wet wipe and sanitize all towel dispensers, light and air-conditioning switches - Wipe over all lights in front foyer, lounge, activities room, and at the entrance. - Clean exhaust hoods in the kitchen - Scrub all wall and floor tiles in all bathrooms - Dust all curtain rails including bathrooms - Vacuum all carpets including edges - Previous experience in a similar role - Genuine compassion, commitment and enthusiasm - Ability to work well in a team - Empathy towards the elderly and respectful of their needs - Flexibility to work on rotating shifts morning & afternoon Mon-Sun - Able to provide evidence of COVID-19 and influenza vaccinations **About Southern Cross Care (NSW & ACT)** We are a not-for-profit organisation with a mission to empower older people to ‘live life to the full’.
