**About the role**:
If you are passionate about what you do and want to provide support and services to older people, then this is the job for you
As a key member of a caring and supportive team, you will provide personalised care to our customers, making a positive impact by ensuring their physical, emotional and social wellbeing.
There are a number of full time and part time positions available across various shifts.

**To be successful you will need**:

- A Certificate III Aged Care/Individual support (or similar) or willing to obtain.
- An empathy and commitment to the care of older people with a demonstrated commitment to meeting their needs
- Proven experience in delivering high levels of exceptional customer service’
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using technology, devices and software
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain.
