**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and organised **Customer Service and Admin** professional to be the first point of contact for our customers and provide essential administrative support.

This role is crucial in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while delivering exceptional service to our clients. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for delivering quality service, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**:

- Provide detailed product information, including availability, and lead times.
- Manage and resolve customer concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with placing orders and tracking the status of their projects.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to advise clients accurately.

- **Administrative Support**:

- Maintain organised records of client communications and transactions.
- Assist with order processing, invoicing, and following up on payments.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, deliveries, and installations.
- Provide general administrative support to management and the sales team.
- Assist in maintaining an up-to-date customer database.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the sales and production teams to ensure customer expectations are met.
- Support project management with timelines, customer follow-ups, and any necessary documentation.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in customer service and/or administrative roles.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
- A positive and proactive attitude, with a genuine passion for helping customers.
- Knowledge of the stone or construction industry (preferred but not required).
