Recruitment Consultant

- This will be a full-time position with a flexible approach to how you work your hours. Homebase can be at any of our national offices - Rowville VIC, Ingleburn NSW, Glendenning
NSW, Brisbane Airport QLD, Welshpool WA, or Belmont WA + work from home (3 days office + 2 days home)
- As a Recruiter at GPC you get a wide range of generalist recruitment opportunities. The bulk of our recruitment is operational, but there’s always something new and interesting to be involved in
- Experience in a similar recruitment setting is ideal, but not essential, as this could also be the perfect role for someone who has run a temp desk or who has had to recruit heavily in a leadership role elsewhere. If you don't come from a traditional recruitment background, retail industry exposure would be helpful

We use Turbo for our ATS, we conduct all levels of screening, testing, reporting, and some admin (although we have an incredible administrator to support us), and we all enjoy what we do.
