We are searching for a Childcare Room Leader (0-2 year old) to join our warm and friendly team of passionate, dedicated and mature minded educator? Our boutique centre is a calm and welcoming place for children, families and educators that has a cosy feel and natural environments to foster genuine connections.

You will work closely with the leadership team to create a high-quality environment by fostering a sense of belonging for children and their families and keeping families connected and a part of their child's development and learning.

Selection Criteria
- A passion for delivering memorable and fun educational experiences to young children
- Diploma or above qualification as approved by ACECQA
- Minimum 24 months of experience in an early childhood setting (preferred). Brownie points to those with leadership experience.
- Current approved first aid, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications
- Current Working with Children Check
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent understanding of the EYLF and NQF
