As we grow, we are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic **Diploma Educator** to join our close-knit and supportive team in **Chatswood **to help run the **Chinese Bilingual language program.**

**This will be a 12 months contract with a potential for extension**

**As an Early Childhood Educator, your core responsibilities will be to**:

- Plan, supervise and implement the program for the class in accordance with the policies,
- Understand the regulatory requirements listed in the National Regulations and National Quality Standards, with the focus to provide an excellent level of education and care to the children at the centre-based service
- Establish and maintain team relationship with other early childhood educators
- Build fantastic rapport and incorporate a strong home-school partnership program with the parents

**What we are looking for**
- A completed Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA equivalent)
- Current/Valid working With Children's Check (WWC) and First Aid Certificates
- Good understanding of Mandarin to be able to support the Chinese Bilingual program
- The desire to make a positive contribution to a professional, collaborative and focused team.
- A love for children and a desire to make childcare a long-term career
- Passion, enthusiasm and a strong commitment to high-quality care

**Salary**: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
