We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Student with Severe and Multiple Disabilities Support Officer to join our dedicated support team.

**What you will bring**:

- Strong relationship building, the ability to communicate effectively and establish positive working relationships with a diverse group of students, individuals and key stakeholders while role modelling positive and individual workplace behaviours, exercising initiative, discretion and confidentiality in the daily management of the role.
- Ability to demonstrate targeted individual and group support, providing evidence-based interventions and support for students with multiple disabilities, additional learning needs, including students with mental health disorders, disabilities and/or learning disorders.
- Experience in supporting students with severe and multiple disabilities, providing targeted intervention and using programs to enhance student learning and supporting them with emotional regulation.
- Knowledge of a range of learning disabilities and the advised procedures to use in supporting learning for these children (ie: communication devices TOBII and PODD).
