In this role you can expect to work through a diverse range of responsibilities that include assisting customers, ordering and replenishing displays, product preparation, rostering, team training and development, KPI adherence and business development, and maintaining a safe and hygienic work environment.
**Deli assistant**
Department
- Assisting in Ensuring all administration is correctly carried out as per company policy and procedures;
- Assisting the implementation of weekly rosters which are in line with company guidelines and store trading patterns & Maintain employment levels by liaising with Store Manager to recruit and select team members;
- Assisting in ensuring the deli department is well merchandised and all OHS obligations are being met
Financial Management
- Assisting in ensuring trading profit budgets are met by analysing period trading reports and identify and implement opportunities for improvement in department profitability within the scope of Company policies and procedures;
- Assist in managing department expenses to budget without comprising department standards;
