**About the client**:
The client is a busy Federal Government Agency who is looking for an experienced Project Officer/ Secretariate to join their busy team. They are looking for someone who has excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

**About the role**:

- You will be working with internal and external stakeholders within a complex project/program environment
- You will be performing secretariat duties including booking meetings, prepare meeting agendas and papers
- You will be assisting with the delivery of a robust and fit for purpose governance service
- You will be developing, managing, and reporting on project plans
- You will be monitoring the status of the project at all stages
- You will be tracking risk management activities
- You will be monitoring and coordinating contracts and all associated documentation

**About you**:

- You will have extensive experience working within a project or program environment - either at local, state, or federal level
- You will have previous experience working with tight project deadlines and timelines
- You will have previous stakeholder management experience
- You will have experience using MS Office Suite, including Project, Visio, and Microsoft Teams
- You will have excellent time management experience
- You will have high attention to detail
