Looking for a rewarding role and to contribute to the wellbeing of your local community? Are you people-oriented? Join our team as a Phlebotomist Experience in specimen collection, medical terminology or data entry is preferred, but not essential as on the job training will be provided. Minimal shift work required.

In this role, you’ll perform vital tasks such as venepuncture and specimen collection, sorting and preparing samples, and providing accurate data entry — all while working under general direction and with the support of experienced staff. With mínimal shift work and on-the-job training provided, it’s an ideal opportunity for someone people-oriented who thrives in a practical, fast-paced environment.

You’ll also contribute to the efficiency of our laboratory services by managing specimen transport, responding to enquiries professionally, and ensuring compliance with established protocols. To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively, prioritising tasks and maintaining accuracy under pressure.
- A customer-focused approach, with effective communication skills and a commitment to professional service delivery.
- Competency in using computers and laboratory information systems, with prior experience in data entry and managing client enquiries.
- Knowledge or experience in pathology laboratory operations, and the initiative to identify and escalate issues when required.
