UFC GYM Macarthur is seeking a **dynamic, motivated person with flexible availability** to join our front desk team in a customer service position.

Duties include (training provided):

- Opening and/or closing of the gym
- Preparing protein shakes and smoothies for members
- Maintaining presentation of the reception and retail area
- Membership sales and new member enquiries
- Basic administration and account support
- Assisting with cancellations, suspensions, and general member enquiries
- Highly organised, engaging and approachable
- Confident with multitasking (admin, customer service, retail and member support)
- Positive, professional, and reliable — with the ability to work both independently and in a team
- Passionate about fitness and leading a healthy lifestyle
- **Available for shifts on Friday evenings and weekends** (additional shifts may include early mornings or weekday evenings)

Essential:

- Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)

Desirable:

- Working With Children Check (WWCC)

This role is paid under the **Fitness Industry Award 2020**, with **junior rates available**. The position is **ideal for high school or university students** seeking part-time work in a fun, fast-paced environment.

UFC GYM Macarthur is open 7 days per week (5:30am - 10:00pm), so **flexibility is important**. You should also be able to cover shifts when needed.
