As an IT Sales Representative at Systems UP, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by acquiring new clients and expanding our customer base. You will have the opportunity to leverage our strong reputation and expertise in the industry to offer tailored IT solutions that meet the unique needs of prospective clients. Your primary focus will be on generating sales leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals.
**Responsibilities**:
- Prospect, identify, and engage potential clients to generate sales leads.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of client businesses to understand their IT requirements and pain points.
- Present and promote our range of IT solutions and services to clients, showcasing their value and benefits.
- Collaborate with the technical team to develop customized proposals and quotes based on client needs.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions, ensuring win-win outcomes for both the client and Systems UP.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor in all IT-related matters.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries, concerns, and issues.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements to effectively communicate the value of our offerings.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in IT sales or a related field, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of IT solutions, infrastructure, and services, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Results-driven mindset with a proactive and persistent approach to achieving sales goals.
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on delivering value to clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively with technical professionals.
- Familiarity with the Central Coast, Sydney and Newcastle markets and a network of potential clients is a plus.
