About the business/role/team

About the role
- Analyse, recommend, design, implement and manage changes and updates to the software, including major upgrades, patches and minor version updates, customisations and configurations.
- Ensure currency of all technical components of the system portfolio including security patching.
- Actively participate in the management of all stakeholders, delivery partners and customers to ensure that high quality customer service is delivered.
- Actively seek and execute opportunities for business process improvement to ensure that best practice is maintained.
- Support Production systems and the Bank’s users via troubleshooting and technical problem resolution.
- Support the analysis of business requirements, change impact assessments, incident/problem analysis support, development of reporting outputs, managing systems documentation and systems implementation documentation.
- Works closely with developers, tech leads, testers and a variety of end users to provide understanding of business and system requirements, processes and integration.

About you
- SQL server/client knowledge and experience to build queries to validate requirements, data and support for business reporting is required.
