W Sydney, is now casting for Beverage and Food Hosts to provide high quality customer service while creating unique and vibrant experiences for our guests in our WET Deck - 29/30 venue.

We are looking for charismatic extraordinaire with a magnetic personality that draws people into the world of luxury.

**CORE WORK ACTIVITIES**

The core responsibilities include:

- Be the face of the restaurant - the first and last impression the guest has of us Greeting guests as they enter and adding them on a waiting list as necessary
- Welcome guests warmly and personally
- Ensure guests are seated correctly in the restaurant according to the seating plan
- Communicate any important guest information to the waiting team and management
- Providing guests with menus and answering any initial questions
- Assigning guests to tables they prefer, while keeping table rotation in mind so that servers receive the right number of customers
- Engaging with guests to ensure they're happy with beverage and food service
- Responding to complaints and helping to resolve them
- Answering phone calls, taking reservations, and answering queries
- A good understanding of the menus and offerings
- Helping other positions in the restaurant as needed
- Providing great customer service
