We are seeking a Host or Hostess for Saturdays, who will also work as a runner on weekdays, to join our team and serve as the first point of contact for our guests.

In this role, you will be responsible for greeting guests, providing accurate wait times, and escorting customers to their dining and bar areas. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are essential to ensure our guests have a positive dining experience from arrival to departure. Flexibility to work in shifts is required.

Your primary goal will be to ensure exceptional customer service and a pleasant dining experience for all guests.

**Responsibilities**
- Welcome guests to the venue.
- Provide accurate wait times and manage waiting lists.
- Oversee reservations.
- Escort customers to assigned dining or bar areas.
- Present menus and announce the names of their Waiters/Waitresses.
- Greet customers as they depart.
- Coordinate with wait staff regarding available seating options.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Attend to guests requiring special assistance (e.g., children, elderly).
- Answer incoming calls and address customer inquiries.
- Assist wait staff as needed.
- Running drinks and food as needed.

**Requirements and Skills**
- Previous experience as a Host/Hostess or Waiter/Waitress/ Runner.
- Understanding of restaurant etiquette.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
- Experience managing reservations.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills (both in person and over the phone).
- Strong organizational abilities to monitor the dining and bar areas effectively.
- Availability to work shifts as needed.
- Good physical condition to walk and stand throughout an entire shift.
