Full Time Opportunity
Lead the vision, roadmap, and delivery of Greenstone’s enterprise GenAI platform helping to shape how data scientists and engineers develop and deploy GenAI products across the business. Reporting into the GM Technology Product, this role will partner closely with the AI Practice Lead and empower a cross-functional squad to drive tangible business value.
**Key responsibilities of the role include**:

- Define and champion the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for the AI platform
- Partner with AI users (engineering teams, data scientists) to deliver valuable, scalable features
- Guide end-to-end product discovery, from POCs to implementation
- Lead, coach, and empower the delivery team through modern delivery and Agile practices
- Influence stakeholders and align product direction with business strategy
- Monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvements using data and insights

What are we looking for?
- Strong background in product ownership within data/AI/technology platforms
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Deep understanding of product discovery, backlog prioritisation, and Agile delivery
- Strong commercial acumen and user-centric mindset
- Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure and tools
- Resilience, adaptability, and emotional intelligence
- Exposure to direct insurance, MLOps, and/or enterprise AI strategy highly desirable
