Are you a recent Social Work graduate ready to make a difference? Our **12-month Graduate Program** offers you the chance to grow your skills, build confidence, and gain hands-on experience in mental health through **two supported six-month clinical rotations**.

Work within a multidisciplinary team, including lived experience workers, and receive regular **supervision, training, and study days** through our Mental Health Professional Development Unit. You’ll develop core clinical skills in a supportive, recovery-focused environment — and earn a **Certificate of Completion**.

We’re looking for passionate, compassionate, and committed new grads (SW1, Yr3) ready to launch their careers in mental health.

Graduates are expected to attend a study day once a month facilitated by the Mental Health Professional Development Unit, and to complete and submit all the required assessment tasks and hurdle requirements to receive a certificate of completion.
