Commercial Coordinator Mylestones

We are seeking a motivated and skilled **_Commercial Coordinator_** within Mylestones Solutions. You will manage and schedule commercial operations for CPL’s Mylestones Solutions Supported Employment Programs and deliver outcomes from projects aligned with CPL strategy and that support the diversity of Mylestones operations.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Monitor equipment plans, guidelines and procedures including work safety method statements.
- Ensure the appropriate and timely completion of all tasks by utilising CPL’s Completed Works procedure.
- Coordinate Workplace Health and Safety and industry training.
- Conduct staff induction on operation and basic maintenance of equipment including maintaining training records.
- Implement strategies to ensure productivity and help with health revenue generation, sustainability and profitability.
- Ensure staff and public safety through personal protection, hazardous chemical use, directing safety audits, risk record keeping and risk reporting.
- Proactively manage commercial customer relationships and requests.

**Selection Criteria includes**:

- Relevant diploma / degree level qualification and / or equivalent practical experience are preferred
- Experience in asset management and small business operations including records management, report writing, correspondence and quality assurance documentation
- An ability to develop and maintain effective high-level working relationships across a diverse range of business, staff and clients
- Sound working knowledge of contemporary occupational health and safety, employment equity and anti-discrimination practices.
- Awareness of disability service standards and practices would be advantageous.
- A valid C class driving license.
- Blue card and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance to start (we can help)
