**Field Service Technician - Harvester and AMP Mower**

You’ll build relationships with existing customers, identify new business opportunities, and deliver solutions that make a real impact.

Reporting to the Director of Sales, you’ll play an essential role in shaping the future of agriculture with FireFly Automatix.

**Expectations**:

- Develop an in-depth knowledge of FireFly Automatix core equipment and parts products via in-house and field training and use this knowledge to successfully sell FireFly solutions to new and existing customers in assigned territory.
- Build long-term, productive, and mutually beneficial relationships with existing and new customers.
- Maintain consistent communication and timely follow-up with customers and prospects and be available and responsive to customer’s real-time needs.
- Work effectively with internal support departments (Marketing, Parts department, Manufacturing, Product development)
- Attend conferences and professional association meetings and promote FireFly equipment and parts.
- Input customer interactions within Hubspot or other CRM on a daily basis.
- Travel extensively within assigned territory (50%)
- Demonstrate unquestionable integrity in every aspect of work and dealing with others.
- Consistently model desired behaviors and values established by the company.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent organizational skills.
- Understanding of relationship selling.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Great communication skills.
- Must be analytical and detail oriented.
- Mechanically and electrically inclined.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. by self or up to 80 lbs. with buddy lift
- Be able to work on your feet for extended periods of time.
- Enjoys face to face interaction with customers and team members.
- Seeks growth and challenge.
- Good computer skills including Office products.
- Solid phone skills.

**Work Experience and Education**:

- Previous experience in the turf/sod industry preferred. Farm equipment sales and service background, or golf equipment and golf sales experience.
- College Degree preferred but mínimal high school diploma or equivalent
- Current Driver’s license and with clean driving record.

**Salary and Bonus Information**:

- Base salary determined by previous experience
- Bonus/Commission determined by revenue generation.
- Great income opportunity to create and grow new business and territory

Additional Compensation:

- Commission
- Bonuses
- Stock option ownership

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
