**The Role**

As the **HR Manager**, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR practices and processes, ensuring alignment with the organisation's goals, and helping continue the positive workplace culture. This is a hands-on role focused on everything from talent acquisition to employee relations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Strategic HR Leadership**: Align HR strategies with business objectives, supporting a positive organisational culture.
- **Talent Acquisition**: Manage the full recruitment process, from drafting job ads to conducting interviews and ensuring compliance with employment agreements.
- **Employee Relations**: Facilitate conflict resolution, handle employee concerns, and maintain a positive work environment.
- **Performance Management**: Oversee performance reviews and employee development initiatives, supporting career progression.
- **Culture & Engagement**: Lead initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, engagement, and wellbeing.
- **Compliance & HR Policies**: Develop, update, and ensure adherence to HR policies, ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws.

**Skills & Experience**
- **Bachelor's degree in Human resources**, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Proven** experience in HR management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of **employment laws**, **HR practices**, and **labour regulations**.
- Proven experience in **employee relations**, **recruitment**, and **performance management**.
- Experience in **promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion**.
- Proficiency in **HR software** and **Microsoft Office Suite**.
