Completions Administrator

Rozelle, NSW, AU, 2039**Completions Administrator**:
John Holland CPB Contractors (JHCPB) is delivering the $4.6bn Rozelle Interchange and Western Harbour Tunnel Southern Works construction projects.

Rozelle Interchange is an underground motorway that will provide connectivity throughout Sydney’s vibrant Inner West. As part of the project you will be contributing to construction of the Rozelle Parklands, close to 10 hectares of new green space.

We are seeking an experienced Completions Administrator to join the Rozelle Interchange Team.

**The role**:
The role will incorporate a variety of responsibilities, including:

- Completion’s coordination and administration tasks
- Document control for the Completions team
- Liaise with Site team for work lots, drawings, NCR’s, RFI’s, IC Quality issues, O&M, Warranties and Environmental.
- Assisting the Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Engineer with compilation of O&M Manuals
- Coordinating the As-Built drawing process and liaising with relevant document owners
- Creating workflows in SharePoint
- Maintaining registers
- Compiling Completion Packages
- Transmit all completions documentation to client via TeamBinder and uploading to Aconex.
- Assisting with overall Completions reporting

**Skills and Experience**:

- Skill in implementation of document and record management, progress and project performance reporting compliance and procedures
- Clear communication skills, ability to communicate and interface across many project teams
- Motivated to assist with implementation of systems and processes, with a keen attention to detail.
- Advanced skills in relevant computer software packages including the Microsoft Office suite, TeamBinder, and Aconex is preferable.
- Previous site/quality administration experience on a major construction project desirable.
- Ability to demonstrate experience in project completions will be advantageous.
