**About the Role**
- Mental health practitioner, or
- Youth Worker, or
- Community Services support worker, or
- AOD support worker

An example of duties you may perform will include:

- Cert 4 Mental Health/ Youth Work/ AOD /Diploma of Community Services teaching: Preparing class content materials including case studies, problem-based learning scenarios, and delivering classes online and on campus at various locations
- Competency-based assessment and student evaluation including industry placement support

**About the Person**:
Our teaching team is looking for someone:

- Who possesses a TAE40116 or TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or TAE40110 with upgrade units TAELLN411 and TAEASS502 or can provide proof on enrolment in TAE40122 or upgrade
- With current Employee Working with Children Check or be able to obtain
- With a minimum of 1 year working experience within the last 5 years in industry to be able to bring your knowledge and experience to the classroom
- With excellent communication skills and “can do” attitude
- With relevant skills in Microsoft office, databases and record keeping
- Current police check valid within 6 months or willingness to obtain one

**Salary and Conditions of Employment**:

- For the sessional teaching roles, the hourly teaching rate payable is $95.01 per hour inclusive of 25% sessional loading plus superannuation.
- Conditions of employment will be covered by Victoria University's Vocational Teacher Enterprise Agreement 2019
