Deliver in-home support services to our aged care customers (65 years old +) to help them live independently & remain within their own homes.
- Service area: Queanbeyan and surrounding areas
- Permanent Part-Time contracts available offering on average 20-40hours per fortnight + Flex Up shifts
- Permanent hourly rate ranging from $32.56 p/h + super
- Travel Allowance of $0.92 per KM PLUS paid travel time between clients

Please note this is not a Disability or Residential Facility/Nursing Home position

Key Requirements:

- 12 months+ experience and/or completed a Cert III in Individual Support / Disability / completed 1st year of a Nursing degree
- Flexibility to work Monday to Friday within the hours of 7am - 6pm
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence and ownership of a reliable comprehensive insured vehicle
- Fully vaccinated (2) for Covid-19

Your key duties as an Experienced Carer:

- Personal Care: assist customers with activities of daily living tasks such as showering, dressing, medication management, assisting with mobility and therapy goals
- Domestic assistance: light cleaning, laundry, meal preparation and general chores around the house
- Social support: transportation to appointments & social outings, shopping and providing emotional support and companionship
- Administration: reporting and progress notes

- Disability support worker
- Community Services care worker
- Assistant in Nursing (AIN) / Personal Care Assistant (PCA)
- Nurse
