A new opportunity is available to join an iconic organisation that is transforming the lives of Australian families as a Marketing Specialist for a 12-month contract.

You will be a part of a sophisticated Marketing team to develop and implement marketing and communications programs that grow awareness, understanding and utilisation of services. You will be working closely with key stakeholders to provide strategic marketing input to effectively develop and deliver key projects and innovations with the customer experience at the forefront of all marketing activities.

You will work alongside the Marketing Manager to develop omnichannel campaigns (digital)and promotions that drive engagement in services, community events, partner programs, and related initiatives. You will be responsible for end-to-end campaign management across owned channels and contribute ideas, insights, and content to formulate engaging campaigns.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Support development and implementation of service awareness and service utilisation program
- Support the development and implementation of national marketing initiatives to increase awareness, lead generation and utilisation for the national service delivery rollouts.
- Develop a thorough understanding of services strategy, research and customer to support the design and implementation of marketing activities and organisational projects for new service rollouts
- Be a key marketing representative within projects department, strategically providing input and value to ensure customer needs are met and that marketing objectives and deliverables align with service delivery goals.
- Support the development and implementation of marketing activities to drive engagement with the community and partner programs to increase influence and serviceability.
- Develop and utilise metrics and measurement activities to track effectiveness, ROI, lead generation, and continuous optimisation of marketing activities.
- Collaborate with marketing colleagues to contribute to and support broader engagement to optimise client interactions, journey and brand experience across the program of works.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Demonstrated Digital marketing experience, across multiple channels
- Demonstrated experience successfully engaging with and gaining buy-in with both internal and external stakeholders to establish strong relationships at all organisational levels.
- 3+ years experience in marketing
