**Our Graduate Program**
Kicking off in February 2026, the first job placement will be carefully selected based on your foundational skills and interest areas, ensuring you are set up for success.
We offer our grads a structured, two-year program that includes:

- Excellent remuneration reviewed annually so that your effort and commitment can be rewarded

- The opportunity to work across diverse projects in regional locations making a big difference to Australian communities
These business units have opportunities for recent graduates in Occupational Health and Safety:
- Building & Development (based in QLD)
- Infrastructure (based in NSW)
