Procare’s Factual Investigation Division are seeking multiple **Insurance Investigation Report Writers** to join our expanding team The purpose of the role is to support the division and investigators by writing factual investigation reports in a timely manner to ensure they are of sound quality prior to submission. **This is a perfect role for someone returning to the insurance industry after a career break, who is self-motivated, autonomous and interested in Investigations**
**Work from home opportunities available**
**The Role**:
- Review investigator field notes to ensure we have the relevant and required content to produce a factual report in line with client instructions and regulatory requirements;
- Analyse factual evidence, including written statements and documentary evidence; and
- Prepare and draft factual reports.
**About you**:
- Relevant insurance related experience within the Workers Compensation, CTP, and/or General Insurance schemes;
- Excellent writing skills, grammar, spelling and report preparation abilities;
- **Proven capability to work to time frames and under pressure, and;**:
- **Strong attention to detail **with the ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally.
