Apprentice Trainer

In this hands-on position, you'll be at the forefront of apprentice training, ensuring it meets the highest standards and aligns with WesTrac’s Core Values. You'll deliver top-notch customer service to both internal and external clients, manage training administration, and ensure compliance with RTO (50737) requirements.

**Location**: South Guildford, WA

**About You**:

- A qualification in Mobile Plant or Heavy/Commercial Vehicle Technology is essential.
- A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40116 is highly desirable, but not mandatory—WesTrac can help you achieve this
- An experienced technician ready to transition into a mentoring Trainer role.
- A passion for learning and helping individuals reach their full potential.
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal).
- Basic Microsoft Suite skills.
- Exposure to and knowledge of Caterpillar equipment is a plus.
