**ABOUT THE ROLE**
This is a key Coordinator role supporting scheduled and random maintenance deliveries, while using a strong planning background, focus on procedural input and process improvement.
Reporting to the Operations Manager and located in Kirrawee, this role manages a small but highly experienced and professional team, while supporting them in meeting set operational outcomes.
Main responsibilities of this full-time permanent role include:

- Coordinating and communicating with suppliers, customers, technicians, engineers, and operations to complete both planned and unplanned maintenance activities on time and within budget
- Supporting the logistic maintenance system, developing the demand for maintaining spare part stock levels with effective PO
- Maintaining short and long-term forecast, coordinating production and monitoring stock to minimise shortages
- Developing planned maintenance work orders, cost resource accrual and acquittal using ERP systems (such as Glovia G2 or similar)
- Developing maintenance planning management KPI’s
- Understanding the importance of meeting deadlines and delivering excellent support to customers and suppliers
- Identifying and driving improvement opportunities in a collaboration with the team

**ABOUT YOU**
- 3+ years of experience setting up and maintaining inventory and purchasing records within an ERP/MRP system, and driving a production and service process
- The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, in relation to product inventory and quantities
- Ability to analyse data to establish preferred inventory levels
- Excellent problem-solving skills with an attention to the detail
- Engaging people management skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Well-developed time management and planning skills with an ability to multitask and work towards strict deadlines
- Intermediate knowledge of MSO Suite; previous usage of MS Project is desirable
- Non-restricted Australian work rights
