Vets Central are on a mission to become Australia's leading veterinary partner, dedicated to supporting high-quality veterinary care across the country. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a passionate and driven Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team at our support office in Bundall, Gold Coast

In this key role, you'll take full operational and financial responsibility for a portfolio of veterinary clinics nationwide. Acting as the vital link between our clinics and support office, you'll provide strategic coaching to Practice Managers and Lead Vets, drive performance, and ensure the consistent delivery of outstanding care.

This role is a **maternity leave replacement**, ideally commencing **mid-July** to allow for a smooth handover before our current Relationship Manager, heads on leave in **mid-August**. While this is a maternity cover position, there is potential for it to evolve into a longer-term opportunity, depending on business needs and your performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Team Leadership & Development** - Support, coach and guide clinic leaders
- ** Cllient & Patient Care** - Ensure quality standards and positive clinic experiences
- ** Financial & Business Management** - Oversee clinic budgets, identify growth opportunities, and report on key metrics
- ** Brand Custodian** - Champion our values and ensure brand alignment across clinics

**What You'll Bring**:

- At least 5 years' experience in a business management or multi-site operations role
- Proven leadership skills in team development, change management, and conflict resolution
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Solid financial acumen and confidence in reporting and interpreting business data
- Qualification in Business or HR Management (highly regarded)
- Experience in the veterinary or healthcare sector is a bonus
- Flexibility to travel as needed
