**Job Requirements**
- Generate Mineral Resource Models and Estimates for all Company Resources;
- Act as the Company Competent Person for Company Resources;
- Optimise resource estimation parameters and techniques;
- Liaise closely with the Mine Geology Manager, Exploration Manager and Database Geologist;
- Provide support to operations and development, including business development opportunities

**Essential Criteria**
- Relevant tertiary qualification;
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in a similar role, including gold mining;
- Experience with various resource estimation techniques;
- Demonstrated ability to work without constant supervision and ability to use initiative both independently and in a team environment;
- Strong software proficiency;
- Ability to meet targets within set timelines, set priorities and plan and organise own work across a range of internal stakeholders
