**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyze, log, track, and resolve complex issues related to automated test scripts.
- Identify and assess technical risks, collaborating with project stakeholders to provide mitigation options and caveats.
- Create and conduct peer reviews of Standard Operating Procedure documentation, build guides, and related artifacts.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Proven experience in Defence as an Automation Technician.
- Expertise in Automation and Orchestration technologies and services (Ansible, GITlab).
- Proficiency in scripting languages: PowerShell, SQL, IaC, yaml, pwsh, python.

**Desirable Skills and Experience**:

- Knowledge of Minerva systems.
- Demonstrated ability to rapidly build, automate, and deliver proof of concept systems.
- Experience with governance frameworks related to infrastructure service and security delivery, including Australia Information Security Manual (ISM).
- Familiarity with ADF deployed environments/platforms and their unique networking, support, and security constraints.

**Security Clearance**:

- Must have and maintain a Negative Vetting 2 (NV2) security clearance.
