We offer flexible work options, allowing you to choose between 10 to 30 hours per week, depending on your availability. Our primary focus is on providing exceptional care to our aged care clients, enabling them to maintain their independence within the comfort of their own homes.

Presently, our services extend to various regions, including the Central Coast, Newcastle, Maitland, Byron/Ballina, Tween Region (spanning NSW and QLD), Gold Coast, Logan, South Brisbane, and the northern suburbs of Brisbane.

At Homecare Australia, we operate on a flexible workforce model, tailored to fit your schedule. We strive to match you with clients and services that align with your availability, ensuring a seamless transition into service delivery. Our user-friendly app provides you with complete client details and a personalized roster, facilitating efficient organization and communication.

To succeed in joining our team, the following credentials are required:

- A genuine passion for caring for older Australians
- Minimum 12 months of experience in providing care for older individuals
- Current Federal Police check
- Current First Aid certificate
- Certification in either Cert III in a community service environment, Cert III in aged care, or Cert III in disability
- Comprehensive car insurance coverage
- Valid driver's license
- Valid work visa (if applicable)

**Salary**: $38.08 per hour
