Lotus People is excited to partner with a leading architecture and design firm to find a PA supporting 3 Directors for a 12-month FTC, with potential for permanent placement.

**The Role**

**Working within a solid and collaborative team, you will be responsible for supporting 3 directors. You will play an integral role in shaping the directors' day-to-day planning, streamlining processes, and understanding their needs. As part of a fast-paced architectural firm, you will play a key role in maintaining the company's high standards.**
- Managing multiple diaries.
- Scheduling and coordinating multiple teams.
- Document control and management.
- Planning travel, including accommodations and transport.
- Assisting in the collection and analysis of project data.
- Communication and building rapport with key external stakeholders and clients will be an important part of this role.

- Ideally one year of experience as a Personal Assistant
- Intermediate to advanced MS Suite skills.
- Extensive diary management experience
- High level of integrity
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- A well-organised, process-oriented, and positive approach.
