**About the role**

***
As the Electrical Supervisor you will provide frontline support and ensure all works are carried out in a safe, timely, cost effective and environmentally responsible manner and in compliance with relevant legislative and statutory requirements. You will assist to ensure all maintenance/electrical work is safely executed in accordance with the plan.
- Minimum 5 years proven supervisory experience and skills
- Proactive approach to problem solving and commitment to continuous improvement
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead teams to achieve expected targets
- Ability to work collaboratively with the other panel, operations teams and other departments
- Experience with managing shutdowns including planning and execution activities
- Demonstrated leadership and performance development experience within a mining environment
- The ability to multitask, communicate clearly and be proactive is essential

**Essential Requirements**:

- Unrestricted WA Electrical License
- Current Electrical Nominee’s Licence
- WA Drivers licence - Ideally HR
- Experience working on gold processing fixed plant
- High Voltage qualification
- Extensive knowledge of process technologies and equipment; familiarity with DCS/PLC. Yokogawa DCS experience valued

**Desired Requirements**:

- Confined Space
- Instrumentation experience is an advantage
- LV Rescue and CPR certifications
- Experience in SAP & AMT is desirable
- Working at heights
- HRWL -EWP
