Our client, a prominent player in the mining industry, is actively seeking a proactive professional to join their team as an Electrical Supervisor for a 12 month contract on an 8/6 Roster.

As an Electrical Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating and planning works to schedule, ensuring precise verification of set out.
- Managing and coordinating various disciplines and trades involved in construction activities at the site.
- Inspecting materials, equipment, and services supplied by EPC for construction activities.
- Daily management of subcontractors and suppliers, emphasizing quality, work methods, safety, and environmental compliance.
- Collaborating with the Project Manager to monitor and report on the construction schedule.
- Attending meetings with subcontractors and providing progress reports.

**Requirements**:
To be successful in this role, you should have:

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar electrical construction supervisory role.
- Demonstrated expertise in programming and scheduling construction work.
- Experience in estimating electrical construction work (desirable).
- Proficient understanding of survey and set out practices.
- Hands-on experience with the installation of LV and HV equipment.
- Strong communication skills (both oral and written).
- A Grade WA Electrical License.
