**Location**: Parramatta, NSW **Full-time | $90k + super + commissions**

Established and growing real estate agency in **Parramatta**, seeking an experienced and results-driven **Business Development Manager (BDM)** to join our team. Your primary focus will be to **grow the residential rent roll** through strategic prospecting, relationship building, and lead conversion.

**About the Role**:

- Drive growth by generating and converting new landlord leads
- Build long-term relationships with property owners, investors, and referrers
- Develop and execute local prospecting and business development strategies
- Collaborate closely with the property management and sales teams

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Proven experience as a BDM** in residential real estate, with a strong track record of growing rent rolls
- Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
- Confident on the phone and in face-to-face meetings
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
- Driver’s license and reliable vehicle
