**The Company**

Our client is an international plumbing company that has been operating for over 25 years. They are currently taking on more work in their maintenance division and due to an increased workload, they are looking at hiring an office administrator.

**Responsibilities**
- Accounts payable duties
- Data entry
- Ensure documents are accurately filed
- Liaise with clients and tradespeople
- Project admin and support as required

**Requirements**:

- Must have accounts payable/bookkeeping experience
- Must be computer literate and have experience with MS Excel, Projects, Word and Outlook
- Ability to communicate effectively on the phone
- Good communication skills
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Ability to problem solve
