**My Gateway** has a fantastic opportunity for a plumbing apprentice to join Fairfield City Council.

As a part of this apprenticeship, you will complete a **Certificate III in Plumbing (General Plumber).**

**Some of** **your** responsibilities may include**:

- Plumbing maintenance and new installs on Council's assets.
- Work on building sites and on council grounds and parks.
- Unblocking toilets.
- Temperature checking for local pools and showers, broken irrigations - broken sprinkler heads.
- Testing rpz's, vacuum breakers on hoses.
- Maintenance.
- Testing.
- Learning bigger plant systems, chemicals and more.

A driver's licence and White Card is essential for this position.
