**The Role**:
We’re on the hunt for **bubbly, reliable, and confident facilitators** to run our famous silent disco parties across **Sydney and surrounding suburbs**.
You’ll be hosting everything from **kids’ birthday parties and school incursions** to **festivals, corporate events, and hens nights** - anywhere people are ready to party with headphones on

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Setting up and packing down silent disco equipment (headphones, transmitters, etc.)
- Handing out headsets and running our party playlists (already curated for you)
- Leading games, engaging the crowd, and keeping the energy high
- Creating unforgettable experiences for kids _and_ adults

**Perks**:

- **$45/hour (inc. super) - 3-hour minimum per event**:

- Choose the shifts that suit YOU - we send out invitations, and you accept or decline
- Travel only to locations you’re comfortable with
- Ongoing casual work available for standout facilitators

**Must-Haves**:

- Your own ABN
- Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC - NSW)
- A full driver’s licence + reliable car with decent boot space
- Confident, energetic personality and great communication skills

**Job Types**: Subcontract, Casual

Pay: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Working with chidlren: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Full Driver Licence (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
