Omega Medical is a Healthcare & Medical Recruitment company that specialises in the recruitment of Medical, Aged Care, and Allied Health Professionals into locum and permanent positions. **About the Role**

Key responsibilities
- Identify market gaps and new business development opportunities
- Full cycle recruitment from job brief to first week check ins.
- Develop a strong online and social media presence for BD and talent attraction purposes

**About You**

You will have
- Experience in agency recruitment
- Consistency of billings in your previous roles
- Strong sales and business development experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- The ability to keep up with an ever-changing industry.
- Passionate about relationship building and career match making.
- An interest in the health and medical space (desirable, not essential)
