**Poultry Process Workers - Multiple positions**

Our client, one of the leading providers in the Australian Poultry industry is currently seeking ongoing process workers for their primary processing facility located in Bendigo, VIC. We have multiple shift positions available in different departments for AM and PM starts. Full training will be provided.

**About the role**:

- Attractive hourly rate + allowances + super
- Monday - Friday rosters
- 38 hours available per week with some flexibility for rostered days off
- Opportunity for the right applicant to secure ongoing employment.
- Machine operation and observation
- Operating an electric pallet jack to move loaded pallets and boxes
- Packing whole birds or pieces
- Quality checking and data entry
- Hanging chickens onto overhead conveyor belts

A basic knowledge of the food manufacturing environment with HACCP experience or food handling certificates would be advantageous but not essential.

**Ideally you will**:

- Be physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time
- Able to work independently.
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and movements.
- Able to lift up to 20kg.
- Be comfortable handling raw chicken products.
- Have own accommodation within the Bendigo region and transport (Public transport not an option due to location)
- Full working rights in Australia
