**The Company**

An exciting full time permanent opportunity has arisen for an experienced end to end Payroll Officer. This organisation is a market leading Health/Hospital network with sites across Victoria. With its Head Office Based in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne, the company has grown rapidly due to offering a diverse range of Health services across Melbourne.

**The role**

This role is a hybrid work in office + home role, offering real flexibility (work form home days p/w
- office 3 days). Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will become a vital cog in a high performing and very hands on Payroll team in a fast-paced environment. Your focus will entail assisting the current team with Payroll processing/reconciling, and address payroll queries within required deadlines. You will support the Payroll Manager and provide a high level of service to key stakeholders and ensure staff are paid on time. The key duties of the role will involve the following;
**Duties**
- Payroll reporting
- Payroll processing (total for team approx. 4000)
- Payroll reconciliations
- Payroll accruals/journals
- Update systems/procedures
- Updating and maintaining personal records
- Processing new starters
- Terminations/annual leave calculations
- Overtime calculations
- EBA Award and interpretation
