Hire & Rental Manager Traineeship

The position is suited to newcomers to business who are looking to engage in a Business Traineeship. You will be trained and mentored by industry professionals and also be enrolled into a nationally recognised Business course while you also gain invaluable experience in a professional environment. Employment experience is not necessary and HSC leavers encouraged to apply.

**Job requirements and responsibilities;**
- Providing a professional and personalised customer service throughout all interactions including appropriate phone manner and answering customer enquiries.
- Working collaboratively with teams and other branches to coordinate efficient outcomes for customers.
- Providing technical support and accurate advice regarding equipment availability and delivery timeframes to customers and other team members
- Completing all documentation and account records accurately.
- Overseeing stock planning, to ensure customer needs are anticipated and met.
- Supporting the loading/unloading of hire equipment to customer and/or Camden Hire vehicles.

**Salary**: $41,600.00 - $55,000.00 per year
