**About the role**

As a Clinical Care Manager of One Dream Community, you will be a key leadership team member responsible for all clinical matters for Aged Care and NDIS participants.

The purpose of the role is to promote and maintain our clients’ independence and enhance their quality of life in accordance with the Standards in Aged Care & Disability.

The Clinical Care Manager is responsible for
- the management of the care with emphasis on accountability for the clinical care provisions, planning, evaluating clients’ care plans and monitoring clients’ well-being
- ensuring clients can make informed decisions regarding their care options
- providing clinical leadership, direction, and training for our support staff and RNs, in accordance with the ODC policies, philosophies and objectives=

**Knowledge / Skills / Experience / Values required**
- RN qualification with active and unrestricted AHPRA registration
- Minimum of **8 **years of clinical experience
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Current Divers’ License
- Comprehensive knowledge of statutory Aged Care Quality Standards and provisions and regulations relevant to aged care
- Experience in quality and risk management in the community aged care & Disability

Preferred **Knowledge / Skills / Experience / Values**
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office programs
- Minimum of 1 years of clinical experience in a case management position
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience within the community setting
- Korean speaking

**Salary**: $110,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
