We're looking for someone special to join our team

We're on the hunt for a charismatic floor personality who thrives on bantering with guests and creating memorable experiences. If you're confident in discussing the basics of cocktails, food, and wine, and can skilfully carry a tray, we want to hear from you Join us and help make every guest's night extraordinary.

Offering 2-3 weekend shifts per week, this role is perfect for someone studying or seeking a weekend job.

A little about us;
- We are an American 1950’s inspired cocktail bar and restaurant in Potts Point, with a passion for service, theatrics and an all-round good time.
- Our cocktails and service are all about having fun and creating an experience; no one serves a martini like us So if you’re into a little flair and having a few eyes on you then this is the place to be.
- We are open from 5-12 Tuesday to Thursday, Friday 4-12, 2-12 on Saturdays and 2-10 on Sundays, so no hectic late nights and once you’re finished up you can head out to any of the other awesome venues in the area or stick around for a drink on us
- We are also a function venue, so we all have the opportunity to engage with a group for a night and make some good tips, not to mention the Potts Point crowd are generally a generous bunch.
- Staff meals and staff discount for all staff.
- We are a small group founded by some fantastic hospo minds who have a fair bit of wisdom they’re always happy to share.
- We also have a literal WALL of whisky so if you’re into that
