**About the Role**:

**Main Responsibilities**:
Develop, improve, and use Quality, System Build, Testing and Transition plans to meet contractual commitments including time frame, quality, and cost dimensions. Application Implementation consultants are required to:
- Maintain a lead role as Product Specialist in support of customers and the sales function.
- Define and deliver configuration requirements to customers.
- Gather and translate business and technical requirements.
- Actively participate in software configuration planning and management
- Proactively communicate all design, build, testing and quality risks, assumptions, and dependencies for timely escalation
- Escalation-point for support team (Level 3 Application Support Specialist) as needed to deliver the contracted response times at various severity levels during project delivery.
- Participate in pre-sales activities as required.
- Assist in the preparation of quotations and tender process responses such as EOI’s, RFT’s, RFQ’s as required.
- Work across understanding of release and configuration management.
- Writing technical documentation
- Posses a broad and in-depth understanding of Hexagon's product portfolio
