As Tassal's **Talent Acquisition Specialist**, you'll transform how we attract top talent while shaping the future of our organisation. Operating as an in-house recruitment expert, you'll proactively source and build national talent pools while developing targeted campaigns for senior roles - without agency sales pressures. This role goes beyond filling positions; you'll partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and implement best practice. We're looking for a recruitment professional who combines market expertise with business acumen - someone who understands that exceptional hiring creates competitive advantage.
