About the Role

The purpose of the Employee Services Advisor role is to provide timely, accurate and best practice employee onboarding and contract management advice and services to all customers.

**Key Accountabilities**:
Advise managers and employees on employment matters, escalating to the Business Partnering team as required.

Process changes and updates in employment conditions.

Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders.

Work collaboratively and respectfully with your team, supporting all areas and asking for assistance as needed.

Ensure compliance with employment law, industry requirements and internal processes.

Contribute to reporting, communication, and planning.

About You

Working as part of a close-knit team, you collaborate with and support others, demonstrating respect in your day-to-day actions.

**You will ideally bring the following**:
Previous experience in an employment administration and advice role with a good working knowledge of employment law and industrial instruments.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build collaborative relationships with multiple and diverse stakeholders.

Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.

Ability to work independently and to make a positive contribution in a team environment

Strong attention to detail with a strong results orientation.

Sound judgement and decision-making skills.
