Our clients include insurers, brokers, strata managers, facilities managers, real estate, government departments, private works and others. Our insurance works cover both normal and catastrophe event claims for some of the largest insurers in Australia and New Zealand.

**The Opportunity**
- Answer inbound calls and action accordingly
- Record accurate and detailed case notes for claims in internal and external portals
- Review and analyse reports and data to identify and understand required actions for claims
- Adhere to legislative and regulatory requirements
- Investigate and respond to any client issues and or complaints accordingly
- Lead or contribute to projects. These projects could relate to people or client related initiatives.

This is a hybrid working role and if you are located in Sydney you can work from home and our office at Matraville. We are also open to 100% remote workers outside of Sydney NSW.
